The Basic Home IT Support Plan is designed for home users who only need occasional help with everyday computer problems. It gives you affordable access to PC Warehouse remote IT support without needing to pay a call-out fee every time something small goes wrong.

This plan is ideal for users who mainly need help with email, Microsoft Office, printer issues, internet troubleshooting, software setup, general computer questions and basic remote support.

• Printer and scanner assistance where remotely possible

Important notes

This is a remote-only support plan. On-site call-outs, hardware repairs, parts, advanced data recovery, major system rebuilds and business IT support are not included unless quoted separately.

The plan covers one registered device. The device serial number may be captured during checkout or requested during your first support request.
