This plan is ideal for users who mainly need help with email, Microsoft Office, printer issues, internet troubleshooting, software setup, general computer questions and basic remote support.

Important notes
This is a remote-only support plan. On-site call-outs, hardware repairs, parts, advanced data recovery, major system rebuilds and business IT support are not included unless quoted separately.
The plan covers one registered device. The device serial number may be captured during checkout or requested during your first support request.
