All quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise

We reserve the right to revise pricing if:

Supplier pricing changes
5. Orders and Acceptance
Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order
Errors in pricing or product descriptions may result in cancellation
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)
Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated
Payment must be made in full before dispatch or service delivery unless otherwise agreed
Accepted payment methods may include EFT, card payments, or other approved methods.
7. Delivery and Risk
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection
PC Warehouse is not responsible for courier delays once dispatched
Customers must ensure accurate delivery details
8. Returns and Consumer Rights (CPA Compliance)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act:
Customers may return defective goods within 6 months
We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund
Non-defective returns may be subject to handling fees
