The Standard Home IT Support Plan is our recommended option for most households. It is designed for customers who use their computer regularly and want reliable remote IT support without unpredictable once-off support costs.
This plan gives you ongoing access to PC Warehouse remote support for one registered device, with a faster response target and coverage for common home IT problems.
What this plan includes
- Remote-only IT support
- Support for one registered home device
- Moderate monthly support usage
- 1–6 hour response target during support hours
- Windows troubleshooting and optimisation
- Email setup and support
- Microsoft Office and common software assistance
- Printer and scanner troubleshooting where remotely possible
- Basic Wi-Fi and internet troubleshooting
- Remote guidance for updates, backups and security checks

- Customers who need help more than a few times per year

- One primary laptop or desktop computer
Important notes
This is a remote-only support plan. If a problem cannot reasonably be resolved remotely, PC Warehouse may recommend an in-store assessment, on-site call-out or separate repair quote.
This plan does not include hardware parts, physical repairs, advanced data recovery, full system rebuilds, business network support, server support or support for multiple devices unless agreed separately.
The plan covers one registered device. Device details and serial number may be captured at checkout or verified during the first support request.
