This plan is called unlimited because it allows ongoing support requests under our Fair Use Policy. It is not intended for abuse, business outsourcing, multiple-device support, or repeated requests that fall outside normal home IT support.
This is a remote-only support plan. On-site call-outs, physical repairs, replacement parts, advanced data recovery, full system rebuilds, server support, business networks and support for multiple devices are not included unless quoted separately.
The plan covers one registered device. Device details and serial number may be captured at checkout or verified during the first support request.
