What’s Covered by Our IT Support Plans
PC Warehouse IT Support Plans are designed to give home users affordable, predictable and reliable access to remote IT support. Our plans are built for everyday computer issues, not complicated contracts or confusing technical fine print.
All support plans are remote-only unless otherwise stated. That means our technicians assist you by phone, remote desktop, email, WhatsApp or another approved remote support method.
The following services are not included in standard support plans unless quoted separately:
Our support plans are designed for remote assistance. If your issue requires physical inspection, parts, workshop repair or an on-site visit, PC Warehouse will advise you and provide a separate quote where applicable.
Each plan covers one registered device unless stated otherwise. Device details may include the device type, brand, model and serial number. If the serial number is not supplied at checkout, we may request it during the first support request.
All plans are subject to our Fair Use Policy. This protects both PC Warehouse and our customers by making sure the support service remains practical, fair and sustainable.
